This is a small project that is a hoot for the kids and a good reason to pick up the phone to their Grandparents while they are @ home.

The lives of your grandparents, older neighbours or older family friends were very different from yours. Their stories are precious. By listening to and recording their memories, the kids will embark on a journey that will help them to understand more about their life, background, where they grew up, as well as your own family history and heritage.

How did your parents choose your name, and does it have a special meaning?

When and where were you born?

Describe yourself as a child?

Were you named after a family member?
