Martin McNamara will be in the Gym on Thursday evening between 7pm and 8pm to issue new fobs to players.

Any players over 18 with an existing fob can exchange it for a new one free of charge.

If you would like a new fob and are an over 18 player or team manager you can purchase one for 15 euros.

Gym access will be from 6am to 10pm only.
