Greg Fogarty pictured above locking up the shop after his final AGM as outgoing Secretary last Sunday evening.

Greg has taken the decision to hang up his quill.

He has been one of our clubs best Rúnaí after serving two terms and countless years with the Club.

His contribution to Clarecastle GAA has been immense and his knowledge of An Treoirí Oifiguil will be sorely missed.

He has been an integral part of our land acquisitions and written every players name in gaeilge more than once.

His greatest legacy will live on in Greg’s field which is known throughout our county as a colosseum for Juveniles encounters.  

The Club would like to wish Greg and his wife Eleanor a long and happy retirement.
