The U9 Boys were put through their paces by former Olympic sprinter and current lecturer in Human Movement Science in the University of Limerick, Tom Comyns this morning in Clarecastle. The boys really enjoyed the session and got some  super tips on their running technique. 

After the session Tom spoke with 15 of our coaches on how we can improve the athleticism of our players.  We hope to link up with Tom again in the New Year.

We would encourage all players if possible to join an athletic club during the winter months.
