Clare GAA are starting a new initiative starting this Monday 18th January at 10am where their newest member of staff Rob Mulcahy is going to do a 30-minute live session.

The new initiative is looking at getting Primary School Children active while the schools are closed. In the sessions Rob will be working on the Children's fundamental movement skills and adding some activity to their day.

The sessions are going to be on Monday/Wednesday/Friday and they would love to get as many Primary School Children on these sessions as the can.

The sessions will be 30 minutes long and will be live from 10am but if you miss the live session you can watch it back by finding it on the Clare GAA Coaching & Games Youtube Channel.
