A fantastic performance from our U16 Camogie team tonight as Clarecastle secured a convincing win over Broadford/Bodyke.
Keeva Moloney opened the scoring in style with an early goal. Broadford/Bodyke battled fiercely throughout the first half, with just three points separating the sides at half-time.
Clarecastle came out with real purpose after the break, taking control of possession and putting the opposition under sustained pressure. Further goals from Emma Jacob, Clara Vaughan, and Ailbhe Concannon helped the team pull away, while Broadford/Bodyke continued to fight for every ball.
A strong all-round second-half display saw Clarecastle finish with a well-earned win.
